Guest User Access Policy
The library gladly welcomes visitors from our community. Please review the following guidelines before visiting the library.
- The library is a place for study, research, and teaching. Please maintain an atmosphere conducive to academic work.
- Guests may use the network to connect to WiFi.
- The majority of our online resources are only available for use by Davidson faculty, staff, and students due to licensing restrictions; however, any guest who is a resident of North Carolina can access NC Live's online databases and resources through the . Additionally, many databases and repositories have open access content, including:
- Guests may browse the library catalog at our designated catalog computer station.
- Archives and Special Collections are available via appointment only by emailing archives@davidson.edu.
As avid users of the public library, our library staff recommends visiting the , located on Main Street, for research support, printing/copying, technology help, meeting rooms, and online resources.
